Video transcript:
When I think of the future, I don’t think of the one with war, rising unemployment, refugees, reality show politics, or some hostile artificial intelligence takeover.
I think of the one where we harness new technologies and systems to give our time, freedom, and security back.
I think about a future where the sharing economy and automation has made energy, healthcare, food, shelter, clothing, and entertainment available to everyone.
I think about a future where art and culture have exploded because people have so much time and confidence to pursue their craft.
I picture a future where people no longer care about ownership and profit, but instead think about access and stewardship. I picture a future where we figure out a way to coexist with nature instead of separating ourselves from it.
We want to create that future.
